1. Using the platform
MyPortfolioHub lets users create and manage portfolio websites, projects, media, testimonials, certificates, contact forms, and related SaaS account settings.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Do not share verification codes, API keys, or administrator access.
3. Published content
You are responsible for the content you publish, including images, project descriptions, links, testimonials, and profile information. Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive material.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Trial and paid plan features may have limits. Paid features, custom domains, premium themes, and other plan-based functionality depend on your active subscription and platform configuration.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, email delivery issues, DNS errors, or hosting incidents may affect availability.
6. Termination
Accounts or tenant workspaces may be suspended or removed for abuse, security risks, unpaid subscriptions, or violation of these terms.
